Salad Days | 9.3/10 - Exceptional
💭 Thoughts: Salad Days, Mac DeMarco’s second official studio album, released in 2014, has the Canadian singer-songwriter embracing the sound he established throughout 2, his first studio album, however this time around, he makes an effort to create a more refined, cohesive listening experience. His attempt most certainly pays off, creating, in my opinion, one of, if not, the best album in his catalogue—a highly dreamy, nostalgic, and intimate record.
