**💭 Thoughts:** *The College Dropout*, Chicago rapper’s 2004 debut, is widely considered as one of hip-hop’s most influential albums of all-time, popularizing soul-heavy production and influencing a generation of more introspective rappers. I liked this record; the rapping was consistently great and the production was pretty good, but I feel its greatest strength is how it expanded the idea of what hip-hop could be.
