Critics may argue but this is Arcade Fire’s best album. Making bold statements at its time of release, it is still such a legendary record. Literally almost no skips. The band truly peaked in this era.

They write about being the outcasts in society and coping with life and death and sacrifice in the name of your beliefs, even selling your soul for them.
