Rating old albums is so difficult.

Should I base myself in current standards? Should I investigate how the genre sounded back then when other musicians made it?

I try to be objective about stuff, as much as I can. This album is not for me, but there’s a lot to be appreciated about it. I just felt it was like “hey look! We can experiment”, but it ends up feeling like it’s purposeless.
