**💭 Thoughts:** Don Toliver’s 2020 debut album *Heaven or Hell* has the Texas rapper taking a more atmospheric route compared to his 2018 mixtape *Donny Womack*. Although many people consider Don Toliver’s career at this point in time just a shadow of Travis Scott’s, I personally love this album and believe it’s far more consistent and superior to Travis Scott’s *ASTROWORLD*, the album where Don Toliver began gaining recognition from his feature on “CAN’T SAY”. **🎶 Tracklist Review** 1.)
