JPEGMAFIA’s / Devon Hendryx’s true freshman album

A part of me feels bad that back in 2009, he released this, nobody saw it, and just took it down. But I’m so happy he brought it back 15 years later.

This album shows how talented he was in both production and rapping, and he literally got NO attention. Maybe a few views on bandcamp but that was it. Nothing much.

For years we were trying to find this album in the rabbit holes of the internet (I was apart of that), and I don’t remember much of it but I remember lots of trolls. And being able to listen to it without hassle now is amazing.

And most of all, worth it.

…oh, the album is very good, go listen to it just to know where it all started.
