Review
Get the appBird’s Eye really feels like Ravyn Lenae stepping outside of the box and figuring out just how far she can take her sound. I love how she blends R&B with pop, rock, reggae, and these dreamy, futuristic moments without losing that beautiful, airy voice of hers. “Love Me Not,” “One Wish,” and “Pilot” are definitely standouts for me. It took me a little while to fully appreciate, but the more I listen, the more I understand what she was going for. A really interesting album from an artist who clearly isn’t afraid to experiment.
