Bedroom Pop for the Clinically Overaware
Billie somehow made anxiety, confidence, exhaustion, and intrusive thoughts sound beautiful. There’s something so fascinating about the way she balances softness and menace — like she could either cry or destroy your life and you genuinely don’t know which one’s coming first.
Underneath all the creepy production and chaotic energy, this album feels painfully human. Vulnerable, detached, funny, emotional, and weirdly comforting all at once — like spiraling, but with incredible bass.
