“Some good songs on it. Most of them are actually quite well composed and have catchy melodies. The problem comes with its snoozing production. While the album tries to be a very mild-sounding version of dreampop, it ends up having a boring and dull effect, as almost all the songs have a very muffled sound with endless tension that never gets to a payoff or resolution in sound. That said, most of the lyrics, choruses and performances work quite well, if only the production was different while keeping the same structure and composition, the album would’ve been pretty good.”
