“Los Angeles "dream doom" trio Ides of Gemini features vocalist/bassist Sera Timms of Black Math Horseman, along with the very good metal journalist J. Bennett on guitar/backing vocals and drummer Kelly Johnston. In some ways they remind me of the "doom-pop" quartet SubRosa; when writing about that violin-toting Utah quintet in my year-end Top 40, I said they'd "have no problem appealing to the mor”
