“There’s no reason to expect this from Olympia punks Vexx. “Do What You Want To,” the first single from their upcoming mini-LP Wild Hunt, is an exercise in swaggering glam. Its opening is stuffed with contrasting guitar solos that fly with the DNA of Johnny Thunders and the over-the-top screaming confidence of Slade. Thematically, “Do What You Want To” is a pure glam expression: “I got eyes for you”
