Multifarious Chicago-based singer/songwriter Willis Earl Beal is the inaugural signing to XL's new imprint, Hot Charity (which may or may not take its name from this Rocket From the Crypt album from 1995). The imprint will put out Beal's new album, Acousmatic Sorcery, on March 20; here's a new song from him, "Evening's Kiss".
