On May 8, ex-Black Flag/Circle Jerks leader Keith Morris and his L.A. punk supergroup OFF! will release their self-titled debut record via Vice. The "full-length" album, which follows their debut First Four EPs, collects 16 songs in 16 minutes. That's the cover art, above, by famed artist Raymond Pettibon.
