When he's not getting weird behind the drums with his bandmates in anthemic avant-pop outfit Yeasayer, Ahmed Gallab makes music on his own, too, as Sinkane. According to DIY, Sinkane's third LP, Mars, is due for release later this year and will feature collaborations from Twin Shadow's George Lewis, Jr. and Yeasayer's Ira Wolf. "Jeeper Creeper" could very well appear on that album. (via DIY)
