Over the last twelve years, British producer Chris Clark has explored a variety of sonic shades, from the black-on-black fire of 2008's landmark Turning Dragon to last year's pastoral explorations on the disappointing Iradelphic. So some sort of retrospective's in order, and Clark's getting one, albeit of a curious sort: on September 16, Warp releases Feast/Beast, a double-disc compendium of remixes of other people's work that Clark has turned in over the years, as well as a few who have remixed his work too. This shifting, at-times intense remix of "Suns of Temper", from 2009's Totems Flare, is attributed to Bear Paw Kicks, who is actually Clark himself. Surprise!
