In addition to singing back-up for NYC disco crew Escort, vocalist Angelica Allen heads up the distinctly electro-pop-leaning project My Midnight Heart. The debut EP from My Midnight Heart is called Chest of Hearts, and it sees release on November 5; the title track glides on a bed of smooth synths and skittering percussive touches, taking a more distinctly low-key approach than Escort's usual ebuillence.
