The latest installment in Famous Class' Less Artists More Condos 7" series saw release last week, June 21, and it's a split 7" between Baltimore psych-pop blazers Lower Dens and fellow Baltimore residents Horse Lords. Lower Dens' contribution, "Non Grata", finds the band continuing down the hazy, patient path that made 2012's Nootropics a beguiling effort.
