Built to Spill and Bradford Cox may be strange comparative bedfellows, but North Carolina guitar-pop auteur Jackson Scott's handcrafted music has drawn comparisons to both artists, and on "Together Forever" it's easy to hear why. The track, which will appear on his debut LP Melbourne (out July 23 in North America and September 9 in the UK via Fat Possum), features a seriously thick and swirling chunk of guitar melody, paired with Scott's fragile vocals and attendant noisy din going on in the background.
