It was just last month that Kompakt released a platter of remixes from ambient techno auteur the Field's latest stroke of brilliance, last year's Cupid's Head—and the remixes don't stop there: on February 24, Cupid's Head Remixe II drops on wax, featuring three remixes of the album's epic, chilling highlight "No. No..." from Tim Hecker, fellow Swede Andreas Tilliander's drum machine-obsessed TM404 project, and California-via-Austria techno vet John Tejada, whose colorful, expansive take on the tune is exactly the type of genius we've come to expect from him over they ears.
