Way, way back at the tail end of December, East Coast slow-handers Quilt released their self-titled debut LP on Mexican Summer; On January 28, 2014 (a day before in the UK), that label will release Quilt's sophomore effort, Held in Splendor. The humorously titled, short-but-hazily-sweet "Arctic Shark" is the leadoff track from that album, and will be also released as a 7" single backed by the non-album track "As We Follow".
