Just last year, German producer Lorenz Brunner's Recondite alias released a solid slice of techno on Hotflush, "DRGN" b/w "Wist 365", and he's put out quite a few platters in the time since. Now, Brunner's making the move over to Ghostly for his debut full-length, Hinterland, which sees release on the label on November 11. "Abscondence" shows off a more explicitly textural side of Brunner's, with tinkling keys and a mist of foggy atmosphere surrounding the track's persistent thud.
