"Undone" is about as accurate a title as they come—the latest track from maximalist producer Bobby Tank sounds like someone firing a cannon at a rainbow and shattering it into a trillion pieces. Dense without being overstuffed, it's crammed with sounds of all kinds: hiccuping noises that recall suction cups being removed, psychedelic synth lines that sound like the wildest guitar solos ever, chopped-up vocal fragments that never settle into a predictable pattern—and that's just the first thirty seconds. With all its constituent parts, it's the kind of thing that should buckle under its own weight, but it never does.
