Debut prince album

First off lets get it clear this prince is 19 at the time of this release, produced, written, instrumentals, vocals are all prince this record.

This is VERY 70s the height of funk , disco, experimental. Incredible track but as good as it is for how young prince was, the lyrics are not as fleshed out as one would be used to on a prince record and can be a bit overproduced at some points but none the less i can’t exaggerate the age of prince at the time. Great first album , great instrumentals , prince just proves how musically gifted he was from the beginning.
