If 2011's indie rock holiday offerings haven't done it for you thus far, never fear. On December 6, the Washington, D.C. label Carpark will release a free compilation of holiday and non-holiday tunes from eight artists on its roster. Dan Deacon does "Silver Bells", Cloud Nothings do "Chew, Chew the Christmas Grapes", and Toro Y Moi and Memory Tapes both appear, among others. The album will only be available in stores, not digitally. It's a "small thank you," the label says, "to all the fans who’ve supported us over the years."
