"When the Music's Loud" is recommended for anyone who's still blasting Italians Do It Better's excellent After Dark 2 compilation-- or, any dorks out there who bought the scorpion jacket from Drive and are looking for some suitable rolling-down-the-street-in-your-parents'-Ford-Focus music.
