Black Dice's Eric Copeland is prepping a solo LP, Joke in the Hole, for release via DFA on August 6. Album cut "Cheap Treat" is definitely a treat but it's far from cheap, as Copeland starts with a corroded hypnagogic groove before transitioning into something different and knottier.
