After releasing last year's Extra Playful EP, out-music luminary and Velvet Underground member John Cale's prepping a new LP, the bizzarely titled Shifty Adventures in Nookie Wood, for an October 6 release via Domino's Double Six imprint. "I Wanna Talk 2 U" is the first single, and if nothing else, its title suggests that Cale's familiar with text message linguistics.
