After releases on Woodsist and Slumberland, Brooklyn mope-rockers Crystal Stilts made the leap to Sacred Bones back in 2011 for the relatively baroque Radiant Door EP. We haven't heard much of anything out of them since, but that's about to change: on September 17, the Stilts return with their second proper release on SB and follow-up to 2010's solid In Love With Oblivion, Nature Noir. "Star Crawl" is the second track on the LP, and it features a surprising amount of string accompaniment. Intriguing!
