Last year, NYC producer Party Supplies turned in one of the most surprisingly enjoyable rap mixtapes of the year with d-bag extraordinaire Action Bronson in the form of Blue Chips; now, he's striking out on his own with Tough Love, his debut LP, which sees release on August 27 via Fool's Gold. Those familiar with Blue Chips' blown-out aesthetic will definitely be taken aback by the relatively smooth electro of "Beautiful Girl", which (another surprise) features Party Supplies' vocals on the track.
