"Give me skin, give me skin," sings Tehran-born, Paris-raised LAFAWNDAH on "Butter", the second track we've heard from her self-titled, self-released debut EP out May 6. Co-produced by Porto-based friend Garagembanda on the island of Guadeloupe, it's a sultry club anthem for the global dancefloor. Crunking bones, banging teeth and dropping spit: "Butter" summons up a raw vision of sex that's wholly liberating—and infectious, as the airbrushed fantasy is peeled back to reveal the writhing reality of intertwined limbs.
