The first single from Bibio's forthcoming LP Silver Wilkinson, "A tout à l'heure", found Stephen Wilkinson exploring his project's duskier, acoustic-driven side. The second single from Silver Wilkinson, "You", goes down a different route, exploring the sampledelic ebuillence that marked the high points of 2009's excellent Ambivalence Avenue, with some enjoyable sliced-and-diced vocals and a meditative, warm coda to top things off. Silver Wilkinson is out May 14 via Warp.
