At the beginning of this month, we posted Swedish electro-pop outfit Kate Boy's excellent, Knife-y debut single, "Northern Lights". That song is the title track to the group's forthcoming EP, which is out January 22 via IAMSOUND; "In Your Eyes" will accompany it, and it differs slightly from its predecessor in that the melody is more of a slow-burner than "Northern Lights"' ebuillent choral burst. However, the group's impressive synth production is on display again, hitting all the sweet spots at the right times.
