As previously reported, the Damon Albarn-spearheaded London label Honest Jon's will release Shangaan Shake, a remixed 2xCD installment of 2010's excellent South-African dance compilation Shangaan Electro: New Wave Dance Music From South Africa. The comp will feature reworks from folks like Hype Williams, Ricardo Villalobos, and Demdike Stare, who contributes this appropriately dark remix. A 12" featuring this and Hype Williams' remixes, along with separate "versions" of both, sees release tomorrow, February 7.
