Drone-warping singer/songwriter Jessica Bailiff hasn't released a solo album since 2006's Feels Like Home. On October 1, that changes when she releases her fifth proper LP, At the Down-Turned Jagged Rim of the Sky (quite a mouthful!), via frequent label home Kranky.
