Emeralds member Steve Hauschildt's solo LP, Tragedy & Geometry, is out now via Kranky. According to a press release, the album title refers to "Melpomene (Muse of Tragedy) & Polyhymnia (Muse of Geometry), or more specifically the collision/overlap of what they invoke". So yeah, while you're wrapping your head around that, check out the second offering from the album, "Already Replaced". You'll remember that we posted "Batteries May Drain" back in October.
