Law and Order (chung chung) is the debut solo LP from Jonathan Rado of perpetually drama-prone classic rock reconfigurers Foxygen, and it's out Septembrer 3 via Woodsist. "Seven Horses" is the third song to be let go from the album, following "Faces" and "Hand in Mine"; the tune turns towards Rado's (and by extension, Foxygen's) dronier tendencies, with some frizzled electronic touches lying below the surface before the song ends with a brief, abstract coda.
