Wye Oak's Jenn Wasner is about to release her second solo single as Flock of Dimes via Merge, the divine, swooping "Curtain", which could only be lovelier if it lifted the ruddy drapes of reverb and hiss to let the classically crafted song lurking beneath shine through. As it is, "Curtain" wears its sparkling, obfuscating chainmail suit with greater panache than similar post-Cocteaus songs from the likes of Memoryhouse and Beach House.
