Albertan producer/singer/songwriter Chad VanGaalen has been relatively silent since 2011's unfortunately named but nonetheless overlooked Diaper Island, and that's set to change on April 29 when Sub Pop releases his latest LP, Shrink Dust. "Where Are You" is the first single from that album, and it features plenty of tension and warped-production sonics that have since become VanGaalen's calling card.
