Following last month's Other Voices EP, Chicago roughnecks the Orwells are readying a new EP, Who Needs You, for release via Canvasback/East End on September 10 in the U.S. (the UK gets it a day before). TV on the Radio's Dave Sitek produced the title track to Other Voices, and he's done it again here, lending his studio hand to this energetic stomper.
