Vanessa Fernandez makes up for one-half of Singaporean electro-pop duo Octover, who brought us the smooth "Satisfy" back in January of this year. Now,  she's prepping her own self-titled EP for release as Vandetta on October 15 via Syndicate; "Fly" is the first track we're hearing from the release, and it continues in the dusky vibe of Vandetta's main project-- and it was composed solely using Fernandez's vocals, right down to the backing beat.
