Australia's András Fox teamed up with vocalist Oscar S. Thorn back in 2013 for two LPs that brought Fox's already daydreamy take on house to new hazy corners. With titles like Café Romantica and Embassy Café, one wouldn't soon mistake this particular strain of Fox's productions for club bangers, but they do a charming update on modern soul and vocal house that puts them in a headspace similar to Vancouver's Mood Hut crew. For a recent tour-only single, the duo tapped fellow Aussie Tornado Wallace for remix duties of "Looking Back". The up-and-comer adds a bit more heft to the toms and pliancy to the bass, taking the brief xylophone runs of the original and elongating them until they shimmer.
