Former Silkworm members Tim Midgett and Andy Cohen have been soldiering on as Bottomless Pit for some time now, first with 2008's gorgeously elegaic Hammer of the Gods and 2010's solid follow-up Blood Under the Bridge. On October 29, Comedy Minus One will release the third album from Bottomless Pit, Shade Perennial; first single "Fleece" continues with the slow-burning aesthetic that has made Midgett and Cohen's latest venture worth following over the last six years.
