Review

Pretty good record right here. I love this atmosphere of like bleakness, it’s just bleak throughout but not overbearing. Layne is one of my favorite grunge singers. I think it shines shines on I’m Above, River of Deceit, and Long Gone Day. It’s just such a iconic voice that shreds and tears through songs. I do think that some of the way through the album the songs loose their momentum. This is more so near the end. I think that the penultimate track really messes up the flow of the outro. The last track is just such a beautiful ending and I think the prior track kinda messes up that flow. Other than that, really solid album imo.
