This is what it’s all about

This song is just so peaceful. It’s just a serene arrangement of sound that I’m obsessed with. It displays Cream’s versatility and how they can utilize jazz to their advantage. Jack Bruce’s soft and tranquil voice adds the perfect touch to this track. It’s funny how Ginger Baker called it “appaling” because it’s anything but that to me. Definitely not their best work, far from it, but this song is amazing to me. I appreciate this more as a single and wouldn’t want this on any of their albums. It’s such a drastic shift from their original sound it would not fit on any of the Cream albums in my opinion.
