Three years after her exquisite self-titled LP and two after her also-solid release The Sister, dark folkie Marissa Nadler returns on February 4 in the U.S. with a new album, July, via new label home Sacred Bones (Bella Union will release it elsewhere on February 10). Continuing from the blackened first single "Dead City Emily", this new track carries a duskier, more straightforwardly folky vibe that we're used to from Nadler (not a complaint!).
