Review

Really good song right here. I love the intro keys to the track. And then followed by these rich and bold vocals. The vocal production is just so rich and vibrant. Maybe some sort of vocal stacking, idk what it is, but it’s really good. I also appreciate the transition of Lennon describing his history of domestic abuse. The dark and brooding transition into it sets the tone for what’s about to come. John disclosing this information conveys that John isn’t holier than thou. It sheds light that he’s human and isn’t god-like. Which people considered the Beatles to be God like. I’m not congratulating John for discussing this, because this type of conduct is unacceptable regardless. I just love the chorus, makes you have hope in life that things are getting better and you can work through it. Solid record I can’t even lie.
