Hazy beatmaker Matthewdavid's flown way, way under the radar lately: he put out a mini-LP of free edits in 2012 as Jewelry on his own Leaving label, and the previous year he released his Brainfeeder debut Outmind. On July 1, he returns to Flying Lotus' label with the proper follow-up to Outmind, In My World; the title track finds the producer exploring a more straightforward, hip-hop indebted sound compared to Outmind's suffocating, VHS-damaged swarm.
