Lo-fi weirdo Gary War has been largely quiet since 2010's zonked-out Police Water EP. On July 24, that'll change when he releases a new LP, Jared's Lot, via Mego sub-label Specrtrum Spools. "Superlifer" is a cut from that album, and surprise surprise-- it sounds weird.
