Four years ago, we posted London lo-fi duo Gentle Friendly's intriguing mash of beat-driven electronics and staticky indie rock, "R.I.P. Static". That track saw release on Upset the Rhythm, but now the pair are on FatCat, and their new album is set to come out later this year. "Autumn Nite", a song that starts out chaotically noisy but becomes clearer as your ears adjust, is set to appear on that album.
