Blue Banisters feels like such a personal Lana album. As a longtime fan, I really love how vulnerable and unfiltered she sounds here. “Arcadia,” “Thunder,” “Dealer,” and “Sweet Carolina” are some of my favorites, and there’s something really comforting about the whole record. It’s definitely not my favorite Lana album, but I still find myself coming back to it. Her music has been part of so many chapters of my life, and this album feels like another one of those quiet, personal chapters.
